We are getting married in late May and haven't used them yet, but I love how they look. I couldn't bare have my wedding produce garbage that would last forever, and it being outside, didn't want to pay for they inevitable loss of rented china/glassware....so far so good.

I am an event planner and I use the bulk bambu plates for all types of events, from an outdoor wedding to a family picnic! They are a step up from paper and plastic but not quite as formal as china. Plus--no clean up and no need to deal with rentals! The best bonus is that you're working with green material, which is huge in the event industry right now. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
