Perfect tray for my devils on horseback. Perfect tray to highlight colorful futo maki. Perfect tray for bright green asparagus with mimosa. Perfect tray for homemade chocolate profiteroles (I serve the chocolate sauce in the matching quartet ramekin). This tray is perfect for everything. Fits nicely in the dishwasher too!
