Details

Bridgewater's most popular-sized mug commemorates the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth. Adorned with regal crowns and trumpets, it features the words &"Steadfast and True";, &"Diamond Jubilee"; and 1952-2012 hand sponged in red and blue. Bridgewater Pottery is made in England in the small Victorian English town of Stoke on Trent. Each piece is hand painted, hand finished and unique. All Bridgewater Pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe and is even pretty likely to survive daily washing up in the hands of your children.

Service befitting a Queen
I ordered 2 Diamond Jubilee mugs for my daughter and her British husband for Christmas. I chose Emma Bridgewater's products as our son-in-law is from Stoke-on-Trent where the pottery is made and sold. The cups are great and I hope will be passed on to their two children when they are grown. I have my grandmother's goblet from the Chicago World's Fair in 1893!

Love Emma Bridgewater! Glad to see it locally. Ordered on Friday, arrived Saturday. Better than toting it back from UK!

Wonderful, memorable gift
I purchased three. Two for gifts and one because I knew when I saw it I would want one. The mug is lovely. The design caught my eye. I wish it were larger for us coffee drinkers, but I really like it. Service was great. First time ordering and I had no problems.

bought two and love them!!
I bought it for my mother-in-law that is also celebrating a diamond anniversary of marriage, love the "steadfast and true" on the side, that clinched it. So of course I had to have one too so I could drink to the Queen while watching all the festivities on the tele here in the US.

Not one problem with my experience and will keep an eye on your site now (btw - found you through Boden)

customer service not good; cheaper price on Amazon
The first mug I received was chipped so when I called to ask about a return, I was instructed to "leave a message and we'll call you back". My time is too valuable so I left a message on e-mail. They sent me a new mug with a postage paid label to return the damaged piece. I then had to find a local UPS store to take it to. I love the mug, but would not do business with this company again.

Excellent!
I was so pleased to find the EB Diamond Jubilee mug available on 'this side of the pond' without having to pay extreme shipping fees! I only wish I thought of this last year when looking for Emma Bridgewater's Royal Wedding Mug (which I still am looking for....!)

Excellent service, great website, fast shipping and I'll be sure to recommend Joanne Hudson to all my state-side friends.

Thank you so much!

With kind regards,
Cate
