Returns & Exchanges
We apologize for any damaged goods or items that have not met your needs and are happy to take them back for refund or exchange of the same product.
Any new, unused, unopened item can be returned within 30 days of purchase and we will honor a full refund. Please allow 30 days and refunds are issued back to the orginal payment method with shipping fees deducted from the overall cost. We understand items purchased during November could be gifts for December, therefore we slightly bend the rules of the policy and items purchased in November and December may be returned in new, unused condition for a refund at any time before January 31. For security reasons we do not store credit card numbers on file after an order is completed. All refunds are issued via check.
You must contact us before you return any product to receive return approval and an RMA# (return merchandise authorization). Without an RMA we will not accept any returns. All products returned must be un-opened in their original package unless it was defective or damaged in shipping. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
In the unfortunate event your item has any defects or damage when upon initial receipt, we will gladly exchange it for a new item. Please note that we are only able to provide same-product replacements for defective, broken or damaged items and cannot to exchange your items for different products. Only damaged or incorrectly shipped items may be returned for replacement of like products within 15 days of delivery. The original purchaser will be alerted to the replacement process.
Returns for refund
Due to recent fraud, refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser- even if your items were received as a gift.
Return and exchange policy are not subject to: Food items (including CO2 carbonators), personalized and International orders (excluding Canada) all of which are not eligible for return.
