9:30am to 5pm (EST) Monday to Friday.
Shipping:
We try our hardest to ship in-stock orders same day.
Orders placed after 3pm (EST) will ship the following day.
Friday orders placed after 1pm (EST) ship Monday.
Returns:
Any item in new, unused condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less any shipping charges. Items purchased during November and December can be returned in new, unused condition for a refund at any time before January 31.
In the unlikely event that your item has any defects or damage when you first receive it, we will gladly replace it.
