Cornishware Red Storage Jar - 84cl

Like Cricket, the Wellington boot or the Mini, T.G.Green & Co.'s Cornishware's status is a cast-iron British classic evoking both pride and passion as a symbol of great Britishness across the globe.

First produced in the 1920's, the distinctive pottery owes its name to an employee who said it reminded them of the blue sky and white-crested waves of Cornwall. Adorned by millions and extremely prized by collectors, each piece if finished by hand, so their are natural variations in the color and glaze making each piece unique.

Dishwasher, microwave and oven-safe. All Cornishware have their back-stamp shield  fired onto every item to ensure authenticity.
