What happened to Emma Bridgewater Free Shipping?
Due to rising import expenses and manufacturer constraints, we can no longer offer free shipping on Emma Bridgewater products. Instead, we've introduced an affordable, flat-rate shipping option for these items within the Continental U.S. This service generally delivers in two days to most locations and includes full tracking capabilities. Please note that we can't extend this shipping option to ship-to address that contain U.S. Post Office boxes.
When will my order ship?
We try our hardest to ship in-stock orders same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST ship Monday.

I'm sending a gift, can I include message or gift card?
Of course! During checkout you can choose to ship to another addressee, or to include a card with a personalized gift message (up to 50 characters)-- and don't worry! The packing slip included with your shipment will not show prices! Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping services.

How much will shipping cost on my order?
Costs are calculated immediately during checkout to ensure the lowest rates available. To calculate shipping charges without purchasing items, add your desired items to the shopping cart and enter your country and postal code in the provided fields. Shipping options, costs and estimated tax (PA only) will be displayed.

Are invoices enclosed for every order and what do they depict?
Every order receives an email invoice. The price will not be enclosed on the packing slip included (just in case it is a gift!)

What about free shipping?
Occasionally we may offer free shipping as a promotion. Free shipping excludes appliances and is valid for contiguous U.S. orders only. Free shipping may take upwards of 7-12 business days for delivery. Returns or exchanges of items purchased with free shipping will incur shipping charges. Free shipping cannot be combined with other offers or coupons. Free shipping is not available to Post Office boxes. Orders with free shipping may not ship same day as stated in the FAQ question above.

What if I receive broken merchandise?
Our products are fragile! To avoid having the Shipper coming back to pick the package back up, please inspect it prior to signing for it, if possible. If there are any signs of damage, refuse delivery and have shipper return the item back to us. We will send out a replacement ASAP upon receipt of the damaged product. Other defects or damage can be claimed within 5 days will receive full replacements.

What is the process for Canadian and US territories shipping?
Shipping to Canada is absolutely no problem! Canadian shipping options are automatically calculated and presented during checkout. We ship to Canada via UPS and FedEx with the following shipping options:
